Focaccia Pugliese

Ingredients
Dough:
- 2 garlic cloves + 75 ml Olive oil
- 500g strong white flour
- 10g salt
- 20g yeast
- 250ml water
Top:
- 2 garlic cloves + 50ml Olive oil
- Salt water: 15g salt + 60mL water
- 2-3 plum tomatoes, thinly slice
Prep
- Mix in bowl, knead for 6 minutes
- Put back in bowl, wait 1 hour
- Line baking tray w/
- Shape into ~28x22cm
- Prick top of dough all over w/ fork
- Add salt water and remaining olive oil
- Place tomatoes on top
- Rise for 1 more hour
- Preheat ove 220C, bake for 20-25 minutes
