Ingredient list:
- Hard paneer: 500g
- Unsalted butter: 3 TBSP
- Brown onion: 1 large
- Ginger: 4cm
- Garlic: 6 cloves
- Tomato passata: 800g
- Kasoori methi: 1 TBSP (dried fenugreek leaves)
- Ground cinnamon: 1 tsp.
- Ground cloves: 1/4 tsp.
- Chilli powder: 1/2 tsp.
- Honey: 2 TBSP
- Salt: 1 1/2 tsp.
- Peas: 250g
- Double cream: 100ml
- Flaked almonds: a handful
