  • Hard paneer: 500g
  • Unsalted butter: 3 TBSP
  • Brown onion: 1 large
  • Ginger: 4cm
  • Garlic: 6 cloves
  • Tomato passata: 800g
  • Kasoori methi: 1 TBSP (dried fenugreek leaves)
  • Ground cinnamon: 1 tsp.
  • Ground cloves: 1/4 tsp.
  • Chilli powder: 1/2 tsp.
  • Honey: 2 TBSP
  • Salt: 1 1/2 tsp.
  • Peas: 250g
  • Double cream: 100ml
  • Flaked almonds: a handful
